Easy to Edit

Starting January 2009, Digital Concoction already stopped developing static HTML websites. Since then, I develop only WordPress-powered websites even if you do not intend to use your website as blog (I can tweak WordPress so that it works as a pure website). The reasons for this are as follows:

• Client can update his/her website whenever needed. There is no need to hire me to do simple tasks such as replacing product catalog, uploading some pictures or changing some words in the company history page (but you can avail my website maintenance services if you need to). Hence, the client can cut down the cost of maintaining website and I can have more time servicing other clients who are on the start-up phase or have website-related problems that require technical expertise.
• To take benefit to the search engine friendly nature of WordPress and the plugins that can further help in on-page search engine optimization.

Wordpress is a blogging platform, hence, having a WordPress-powered website and a customized wordpress template is an excellent way of having a blog and a unique corporate identity at the same time. This kind of web development is excellent for those who are working as consultants or have their own consultancy firms like lawyers, PR consultant and marketing coaches. It can help you establish your reputation as an expert in your field by allowing you to showcase your knowledge as tidbits of advices.

WordPress provides an interface wherein you can edit the content of your website, add new pages and upload pictures. It has a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) interface wherein you can edit your webpages just like editing a document in a word processor.
